Framing
Transfugame is a training tool delivered as a 2D virtual simulator. It lets the learner-player step into the shoes of a state-certified nurse and take care of a patient in an oncology ward to perform a transfusion.
The game alternates between narrative phases (with limited interaction) and phases where choices or actions must be performed, supporting learning through immersion in a hospital setting.
