Pix is an online public service platform for assessing, developing, and certifying digital skills. Initiated by the State in 2016, Pix is a non-profit structure constituted as a Public Interest Group with a mission to support the overall elevation of digital skills. It brings together various public actors engaged in the fields of education and training.

We were approached to provide our expertise on the current version to assist the Pix team in making the best choices for the next version.

For this purpose, my initial task was to audit the platform in its current version, with a focus on user experience and suggestions for improvement. I also proposed new gamification approaches to enhance learner engagement. Lastly, I worked on scenario design for the questions to make the learning experience more immersive.
