Tailored GenAI training

Interfora-IFAIP is a training centre specialised in chemistry and processing trades, dedicated to supporting professionals and companies in developing their technical and strategic skills.

To address their strategy of better preparing their teams for the changes brought by artificial intelligence (AI), I designed and led a tailored awareness programme. This project enabled all employees, regardless of their initial level, to gain solid foundations in generative AI and consider its integration into their professional and personal practices.

In terms of results and impact, this journey helped lift the barriers to AI adoption within the company and spark a positive momentum around its opportunities. Participants reported a better understanding of the issues and a concrete desire to experiment with AI in their daily activities.
